We are not required to appoint a data protection officer (§ 38 BDSG). Please direct any data protection questions to the address above.

When you open a page, our hosting provider automatically processes server log data: IP address, date and time, the address requested, the volume of data transferred, the status code, and browser and operating system details.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure and trouble-free operation of the website.

The hosting provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (service: Cloudflare Pages). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Cloudflare.

Cloudflare also processes data in the United States. The transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, in which Cloudflare participates, and additionally on standard contractual clauses under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.

According to the provider, log data is stored briefly and then deleted or anonymised.

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or audience-measurement services.

Fonts, images, scripts and styles are served entirely from our own server. No Google Fonts, maps, video portals or social media widgets are loaded. Visiting the site therefore creates no connection to any third party other than the hosting provider.

If an external service is added in future, it will be described here and, where required, your consent will be obtained beforehand.

In the form on the contact page we process the details you enter: name and email address, plus — optionally — company, phone number, website, type of project, budget range and your message.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual steps, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Your details are used solely to handle the enquiry and are not passed on without your consent. We delete them once the enquiry is closed and no statutory retention periods apply.

No sending service is currently connected: the form never leaves your browser, nothing is sent and nothing is stored. Instead you are offered a prepared email. Once a service is connected it will be named here.

If you write to us directly, we process your email address and the content of your message in order to answer it. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.

The info@torvaniq.de mailbox is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. The provider processes the data on our behalf under Art. 28 GDPR; the servers are located in the European Union.

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21).

You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.

An informal message to info@torvaniq.de is enough to exercise these rights.

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the federal state where you live or where the controller is based.

The authority responsible for us is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin.

This site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Traffic between your browser and the server is encrypted.
